Reverse disc spring stack selector
Find handbook spring sizes and stack configurations producing a target force at a target total deflection. Table 36 reference values; piecewise-linear interpolation; ideal, frictionless stacking.
Matching configurations
| Spring D × d × s × h (mm) | Series | Parallel | Discs | Force at target travel (N) | Error | Travel / disc (mm) | Nominal deflection | Est. free height (mm) |

Engineering limitations: The catalog data must be checked. This selector accepts only per-disc deflections up to the tabulated 75% reference. The force interpolation is not a validated spring characteristic. The stack illustration is schematic, not to scale. Estimated free height uses series × [h + (parallel − 1) × s], without seats, washers, manufacturing tolerances or compression preload. Friction, hysteresis, stress, fatigue, guidance, buckling, and load/unload direction are excluded. Do not use these results as an approved design without verification.
